Event Runner Pro

Event Runner Pro are an online application/app that is used for the task management of "runners." A "runner" is a term used for a person in any given city around the world that acts as a gopher. In the touring/concert industry and film industry, people move to different cities daily. People rely on hiring locals with vehicles to do local tasks for us such as going to the hardware store, grocery runs, coffee runs, airport/hotel, etc. These people we call "runners." In any given city we can use up to 30 of these "runners" on any given day. This application allows us to manage those runners online, including task management, scheduling and real-time tracking of their progress. Historically, all lists were hand written and communication was done by phone or text, often slowing down or dangerously distracting the runner. Event Runner Pro is a smarter and more efficient way to manage these runners.
